-Once we shipped/dropped off the products to the US POST OFFICE, we cannot control the delays/ damages of the delivery if there's any.

-If the item is sent back to us for the following reasons below, Buyer is responsible for re-shipping cost:

**Addressee not at address (unknown, moved, or deceased).
**Mail unclaimed.
**Mail refused by the addressee at time of delivery.
**Mail refused by the addressee after delivery when permitted.
